Paymerang Sponsors Sorensen Institute Gala

Paymerang Sponsors Sorensen Gala

After celebrating its 25th anniversary celebrations last year, the Sorensen Institute continues to train leaders, expose them to the widely varied issues of Virginians and to promote civic engagement, no matter the political climate or concern of the moment. Through a variety of programs – for high school and college leaders to first-time political candidates and influential business and community leaders — the Sorensen Institute has established itself as a powerful and effective force for restoring public confidence in our political system.

“In today’s bitter partisan political arena, it’s important to recognize – now more than ever- those who model trust, civility and respect in politics. We salute these leaders for their commitment to these Sorensen ideals.” said Norfolk City Council Member Andria McClellan, who serves as bipartisan co-chair for the 2019 Sorensen Gala.

This year’s Gala marked the debut of the Sorensen Leadership Awards.

These awards recognized leaders whose efforts are creating a more decent civic culture for the people of Virginia. Sorensen’s Founders Award, which honored individuals who have built and sustained the Sorensen Institute, was also presented.

Our team was proud to be a sponsor and enjoyed the evening alongside the company of our awesome clients!
