Paymerang Sponsors Children’s Home Society Event

In mid-May, Paymerang proudly sponsored the 2nd Annual CWGA 2017 Invitational Golf Tournament benefitting the Children’s Home Society of Virginia (CHSVA), a charity that builds brighter futures for our region’s most vulnerable children and youth.

This year’s golf tournament proved to be an extraordinary success. With perfect golf weather and a full field of female golfers from around the region, the event raised $20,000. These funds will assist in the CHSVA Possibilities Project which provides disadvantaged youth the tools they need to become productive citizens, break the cycles of poverty and ultimately thrive.

“Paymerang is proud to support the Children’s Home Society of Virginia in its mission to provide stable homes and lifelong skills for Virginia’s at-risk children,” said Nasser Chanda, CEO of Paymerang. “CHSVA is doing tremendous work and we are thankful for the opportunity to back such a wonderful cause.”

“We really appreciate Paymerang’s sponsorship of this year’s event and are extraordinarily pleased with the turnout and money raised for the Possibilities Project,” said Jeanne Sobol, Tournament Director.

The Paymerang team values our CHSVA partnership and looks forward to next year’s 3rd Annual Invitational!

About Children’s Home Society of Virginia (CHSVA)

With a belief that every child deserves a home, CHSVA helps support brighter futures for our region’s most vulnerable children and youth. Virginia continues to be ranked 50th in the nation for support of young adults that are in permanent foster care but “age out” at the age of 18 without further benefit from the State. CHSVA helps by providing a safe, and healthy home environment along with mentoring support, education and job opportunities.
