Paymerang Named to Richmond Times-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces 2022 in the Mid-Size Category

Paymerang is proud to have been named one of the Top Workplaces in the Richmond, VA. region for the fourth year.

The recognition is based on results from the ninth annual Top Workplaces program conducted by the Richmond Times-Dispatch and Energage, a Pennsylvania-based employee research firm. The program surveys employees about workplace culture, values, and leadership, among other criteria.

Paymerang is ranked #2 this year in the mid-size category containing 21 organizations with 125 to 399 employees. In 2021, Paymerang ranked #3 in the mid-size category and previously ranked #1 and #2 respectively in 2020 and 2019 in the small-size category with 124 employees or fewer.

Chanda also received the Top Workplaces for Great Leadership award, which celebrates organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company’s direction. They listen to what matters most to employees and use that insight in decision-making.

Paymerang has experienced rapid growth, expanding from 27 employees in 2018 to 225 currently. Paymerang remains dedicated to investing in its employees by promoting from within, with 28 promotions this year and 50 in 2021.
