The company expanded its formerly 10,000-square-foot office in the Boulders office park by taking an additional 6,000 square feet and renovating the space.

Paymerang now employs 80 people, up from about 40 a year ago, and company executives said it expects to employ about 100 by the end of this year.

“We have been growing very fast,” said Nasser Chanda, Paymerang’s CEO.

“The idea is to make Paymerang a big player in the payments space, specifically in business payments,” he said. “The industry we serve is still in the early stages, so we have a tremendous opportunity to capture and grow our share of the space.”

The company has added jobs in sales and marketing, information technology and customer service.

Founded in 2010, Paymerang provides a technology platform that allows its clients — which include health care providers, educational institutions, manufacturers and other businesses — to pay all their vendors electronically.

“We have sourced everybody from the Richmond area,” said John Heyel, its chief financial officer.
