How Kent School Leveraged AP Automation to Transform the Business Office 

The Accounts Payable process at Kent School was manually intensive and time-consuming, relying on paper invoices being sent through interoffice mail throughout campus, and ultimately making their way back to the business office to be paid. The process was inefficient, putting them at risk for payment fraud, incurring late fees, and wasting loads of time every week.

Kent embraced Paymerang’s AP Automation Platform, implementing both Invoice and Payment Automation.

Invoice Automation enabled them to receive invoices, and approve invoices, electronically. The turnaround time on approving, and ultimately paying, was improved significantly.

Paymerang’s AP Automation also provided Kent with a paperless payment process that reduced costs, increased efficiency, improved security, and reduced reconciliation time. Kent’s accounting team is now able to focus on more student-facing activities.
